Gathering at the Parksville Legion, the Legion Shooters hosted the San Group Wood Chuckers to thirty-three games of darts. Minus their top player, the Chuckers were no match for the Shooters, surrendering 22 points to the home team. All five of the Shooters won four out of their six matches. Top score – 138 – was shot by George Wallis in his match against Mike Foster. Leading the wins for the home team, Kelly Kovacs brought in four wins in five matches, with Anita Hopps contributing three wins to the total score for the evening. Captain Angie Kienas shot a 125 to garner the team high score. PS...this was edited because the sheet wasn't filled out right and I thought the Chuckers were the home (on the left column). Apparently not.
